I was reminded again this week that you must have a team to achieve the business success but you desire. I will show you why a team is important to your success. 

Time 

No one person has enough time to successfully complete every task that must be completed to run a successful business. There are not enough hours in the day for you to do every job you still have a life.
 
Even if you found the time, some of the necessary jobs I will not do anything to put more dollars in your pocket. By delegating these jobs, you can concentrate on building your business.
 
How much you sure time worth?
 
It is easier to justify outsourcing a job when you place a dollar value on your time.  When you see it is going to cost you more to do it yourself than to hire someone to do it for you, you will probably start to develop a budget that includes outsourcing. 

Accountability

When the team up with others that have similar goals and businesses, you can do brainstorming as well as holding each other accountable when goals are clearly stated to the group. The camaraderie, constructive criticism and praise that can come out of such a group is an invaluable asset that you will learn to Cherish.
 
These groups can also be great stress relievers because you feel less alone because others know exactly what you are experiencing. Your companions may have already experienced the problem that you are just now facing and they may be able to offer a solution that you haven’t even considered.
 
If you announce a project within the group, the group usually asks for updates on your progress and if you cannot report progress they will ask why and you will not want to look like a slacker in front of your peers. 

Profitability

Once you have a team in place, you can concentrate more on building your business and less on the day to day operations that do not bring in customers or revenue. These day to day tasks are important for the success of your business but the majority of them can be done by qualified employees or outsourcers.
 
You can concentrate your time and skills at doing what you do best. Your vision and goals are the foundation the business is built on and your job is ensuring the business moves towards your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.
 
A team is a necessity for most business people if their business success goals are to have an income greater than a few hundred dollars a month. If you don’t have a team yet, put a price on your time then look at Fiverr and other places to see what you can outsource.
